1. Acceptance and scope

These website terms are an agreement between you and QYVLN concerning your access to and use of qyvln.com. They apply to the public website and its content, not to services delivered under a signed proposal, statement of work, or other client agreement.

3. Studio engagements

Submitting an enquiry, attending a call, or receiving preliminary information does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.

An engagement begins only when the parties accept a separate written agreement that defines the scope, responsibilities, schedule, fees, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, and other relevant conditions. If these website terms conflict with that agreement in relation to client work, the signed agreement controls.

4. Pricing and proposals

Prices shown on the site are planning starting points unless clearly stated otherwise. They are not quotations or binding offers. The actual fee depends on the agreed scope, timing, dependencies, deliverables, rights, and level of involvement.

Taxes, licences, hosting, media spend, travel, talent, production expenses, and other third-party costs may be additional where relevant. A proposal will identify known assumptions and exclusions.

5. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site and its original text, design, graphics, motion, code, selection, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to QYVLN and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the site and share links to its public pages for lawful, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, scrape, sell, sublicense, remove attribution from, or create misleading associations with site content without permission or another valid legal right.

Names, marks, and work belonging to clients or other parties remain subject to their respective rights. Rights in commissioned work are governed by the relevant client agreement.
